Fast and accurate, it was never easier for me to rent a car. They accepted the insurance policy I had and after 7 minutes I had the car. And insanely cheap.
I reserved a minivan through Travelocity to pick up on 12/24, I called on Thursday to make sure everything was ok, the young lady said they don't have minivans anymore and they would be renting me out a Dodge Durango. I get to the location at 6:15 am for them to tell me they have do not rent out Dodge Durangos and they don't have anything that seats 7 people. It's Christmas Eve and I need to get out of town to see family. I wish they would have told me the correct information when I called I would have made other arrangements.
This guy McDowell saved this place from being a 1 star the car has lights went out for no apparent reason I was too far to go back when I found out about it. I didn’t get my passport back after they took copies of it. It was hell to try and get it back until McDowell came to the phone and went out of his way to get it back to me. Thank you so much for your help!!
Returned car there this morning at BWI car return for Payless, as we have done numerous times for Hertz or Avis. Left keys and contract in car and rushed to get airplane. Received call later that day to claim that the car was never returned and that they planned on filing a stolen vehicle report. Though there is no way out once driven onto rental car return, they claim car was not on their lot. I suspect there is some sort of scam they are running here. Will update soon as the situation develops.
