My wife brought me some shoes but they didn’t fit. So I returned them on Friday. Did not get my money back. Went to the store twice since I returned them to complain about not receiving my money back. On both days the managers where not helpful. The managers act like I was getting on their nerves because my money wasn’t returned to my card. She stated she was sorry but the system was down and that’s why I have got my money back and that it will be on my card by Monday. Well today is Monday and still no money. They owe me $127 and I want it. I will never ever purchase anything else from Nine West ever again
