INCREDIBLE customer service. I believe the associate's name was Lawrence. I've never got the kind of service from a shoe store ever. Not pushy, gave suggestions, and was very helpful picking out a shoe. He was knowledgeable about past and current generations of the shoe I bought. I'll be back there tonight (6 months later) to pick-up another pair or two.

Shoes are 10+ dollars more expensive than on the New Balance online store. This is a great place to try the shoe on and then purchase it for less elsewhere. For a store that markets itself as a discounted factory outlet, it's dishonest of them to charge more than retail.
