Worst customer service. Slow cashier, with the manager and another cashier not trying to help at all. Asked the sales associate who wasn't ringing customers about sizes and she was totally unwilling to try to help and the manager never looked up to help. Never again.

My son had a pair of shoes about 4 months ago, just with casual wear they completely fell apart. The customer representative at this store told me "Customers are responsible for the shoes after the purchase."!!! and when I questioned what their policy was for this kind of situation, he said "I do not know what to say." I cannot believe his IQ and customer service level. I am pretty sure Vans will not be happy with this kind of customer service!!!
Clean store, good selection... Prices are high but frequent sales bring them into the reasonable range.
