I am so dissatisfied with the customer service and reliability of Robert Wayne. I will never order a pair of shoes from here again and I will be telling everyone I know to do the same. I ordered a pair of Vans Shoes and was never provided with even an order number from Robert Wayne to check the status of my order. Patiently waiting for my package, I call to look into the status of my order. Someone did take the time to look into my order, but the only thing that they can really tell me is that they lost it or UPS lost it. UPS tells me they will contact the shipper for directions if the package is found (IF!) and Robert Wayne tells me my only option is to wait the 8 DAYS for the investigation to go through. They refuse to issue a refund until the investigation is closed due to "protocol". Any good company that had interest in taking care of there customers would be either refunding my order or sending me a replacement regardless of whether it was their fault or UPS's fault. it will be basically 1 month by the time this investigation is potentially over. I'm am beyond disappointed.
