Not a great selection or deals

Had a wonderful experience here ! As soon as I entered the store Alessiah greeted me with open arms. Never have I entered a store that made me feel as if I was at home. She asked if I was looking for anything particular then after a minute of conversation I went on looking in the store. While I was looking at the women shoes, out of the back came a young lady named Mckenzie. She started a conversation with me and I was asking was there any sales going on with the shoes. She proceeded to tell me that I can fit a kid shoe and that there was a lot of kid shoes on sale that she thinks I would like. She told me since I wore an 8 in womens, I could fit a 6 / 6.5 in kids. I asked her if I could see this shoe in my size and in less then 30 seconds she appeared with the shoe. She was too quick ! I didn't like the shoe on my foot so I asked for another shoe. She came back out and told me that we didn't have the shoe I wanted but she brought out an alternative. The alternative ended up looking great. Mckenzie then grabbed a shirt that went well with the shoes. She told me how it was sale for 10 bucks. It was a nike shirt and looking at the other nike shirts, this shirt was a deal. I bought the shoes, the shirt, and a shoe cleaner and it was all under $100. I got a great outfit for a great price plus shoe cleaner so my shoes will stay clean. While I was leaving another employee wished me a great day & said come back soon. Trust me , I will. It has been about 2 weeks and my shoes are still looking great and the shoe cleaner is keeping them white ! I recommend this store to all my colleagues.

horrible place. i took my nephew to this place and a young lady helped us out. it was fine until we asked for a shoe and then she went to ask another employee about what to do if their last pair of shoe was the display and she said to sell it. that was fine except the shoe had a mark on it. she tired to clean it off and said that they could give me a little discount. i asked my nephew if that was okay and he said it was fine. the other employee came back and said that they couldnt clean it and that they dont offer discounts because of a mark on the shoe. that it was my choice to get the display one. it was "as-is" i ended up buying the pair of shoes because of my nephew and this was the first and last time.

Here always shopping

Champs management, if you're reading this please screen your potential employees for sense of professionalism and instill in them how to act in a sales environment. Took me ten minutes just to get the attention of a sales associate to search for a shoe I was purchasing. Mind you it wasn't that busy in the store . But seems like your sales associates rather socialize amongst each other in the store. 6 of them standing around congregating on one end of the store over a cellphone listening to music. One associate actually started twerking on the floor while I'm standing there trying to get any associates attention to check for a shoe size. A line of about 8 of us forms at the register and only one register is open, while sales associates seem to think whatever was on that cellphone was more important. Then the cashier, Tyler, didn't even know how to apply a military discount on purchases further adding to my frustration. Potential customers, do yourself a favor and just walk to the other end of the mall and visit Finish Line or Foot Locker, or go to the Champs at Marley Station much more customer oriented and a hell of a lot more helpful.
