I travel often and stay many places. This hotel by far is one of my favorites. The staff is fabulous, the rooms are quaint and comfortable, it's close to everything and let me say again that the staff is fabulous. I would recommend it to family and friends.
Room was nice and clean, but did have a sour odor. Front desk was attentive. They did accommodate an early check in also. Very pleasant staff.
The room is nice but typical for a extended stay suite. It does not have a full length mirror for those of you needing one and there is no light in the closet. It's not the cleanest room we've ever had. Actually the hair crusted on the bathroom ceiling is creepy. The room has obviously been lived in and housekeeping missed quite a bit. There was trash under the sofa bed. There are stickers on the cupboards. I've listed some negatives but that's about all the negatives. The breakfast is good and complimentary. The water is good and hot. Lots of cupboard space. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I would stay here again it's not a bad place. It's in a good neighborhood, close to the mall and other places. They have free shuttle service to anywhere in a 5 miles radius. Overall good place.
Fantastic hotel. Comfortable, clean, courteous staff, and a wonderful breakfast from 6am to 9am. The waffle maker was my favorite. The one minor issue was that the bathtub faucet had a fairly big and noisy leak. Closing the bathroom door was sufficient to block the noise and I'm sure they'll fix it soon. I would definitely stay here again.
Stayed here for the first time for a night, and am impressed with the size of rooms. Definitely recommend if traveling, room sharing for a quick night and for convenience...everything you need is at a distance.
