Friendly staff. They set up the room for our event perfectly. There was a mix up in price. They quoted one price and charged over $60 more than the quoted price. Tried to call to resolve the problem however they transferred me to voicemail and did not return my call. Other than that it is a nice clean place.
Bed is not the most comfortable but not bad. Room is well furnished, continental breakfast is good, staff are friendly, and shuttle to the mall/casino is convenient. Nice location for work travel.
Wonderfull!! This will be my new hotel to stay at before catching a flight. Staff were very friendly, hotel has a good location and a very good airport shuttle.
The hotel was nice, modern, in no need of any remodeling. The hotel room was exactly what was advertised. The four star is because the tile in the bathroom became very slick when wet, such as stepping out of the shower. The pool was salt water instead of chlorine which was a nice change from what I was expecting.
Clean and newer hotel near mall, casino, theater and eateries. Does not have the greatest breakfast, as not very much selection. Vegee sausage ugh. Staff nice. Shuttle to mall. Reasonable price for area.
