Just staying in for 3 nights. It's already amazing. Breakfast is over at 9 am but we were few mins late. Lady was so kind enough to re open few items for me as I had 3 hungry kids on me. Very generous and beautiful staff. I would recommend this many times.
Was pleasantly surprised! Saw a 2.5 hotel rating so I wasn't expecting much. Was a beautiful facility. Everyone was super friendly! Morning breakfast was unbelievable! Hugo was amazing as he continued to make sure our stay was memorable. I will definitely be back!
This place is one of the best places I’ve stayed at hands down! Rooms are really clean and top notch, with the best staff imaginable. Pam at the front desk did everything possible to ensure I had the best experience during my extended stay there. I frequent through Baltimore often for work and couldn’t think of a better place to stay. Needless to say, I won’t be using another hotel aside from this place.
Great hotel, rooms, location and staff. The staff is vacation resort style quality! From the GM, to Pam and Alicia, they are all excellent .Military PCS friendly! I have had multiple stays here and they went above and beyond what other hotels in the area do to make your experience enjoyable and pleasent. They not only assisted me in finding good local foods to eat in the area but good places to go shopping for moving into the area. Additionally they even took time out of the way to tell me about historic bad weather and crime in certain areas and some general recommendations on places to look to live.
This place is amazing!!! If ever in this area again, this hotel is where you will find us. The staff is wonderful. Agent Pam helped us with everything from getting around the city to a relaxing and very enjoyable evening. "No Worries Here". I strongly suggest this hotel!! Thanks again agent Pam
