The hotel is okay. Not great but okay. Shower leaked like a sieve and the TV was broken. Next room was better. On checkout, they charged me and sent me the bill for 4 days of my 5 day stay. Now, I get a separate charge for day #5 for the amount but with no bill. How can I expense something without a bill? This is shady at best and I won't be returning.
Public areas were modern and clean. Guest rooms were nicely proportioned with a semi open floor plan. The kids loved the pool.
Housekeeping does a subpar job, when I checked in the room it wasn’t cleaned properly-stains on the wall. I also left an item in the room and the housekeeping manager took over a week to respond after multiple messages and calls. Actually the person never responded, thankfully the front desk staff was very helpful and on top of it. The customer service people are great but housekeeping needs improvement. I hope they fix that part because It really has potential to be a nice experience.
Clean rooms, friendly staff, location isn't exactly main road, but easy enough to find. No complimentary breakfast, and the back side of the building is adjacent to a cell tower. Nice view of the airport though.
