Rooms are very comfortable, They Have Social night 3 times a week, Excellent breakfast variety. Second to None Staff, location is near Arundel Mills Mall,( Walking Distance) so much places to go during the day nearby, Shopping Mecca.
Everything was wonderful. The room was phenomenal. Definitely better than any other hotel I've stayed in
The young lady, Crystal was a very nice person. Residence Inn needs to put more money into their establishment and get cable instead of satellite. We get a little bit of snow maybe four inches and the televisions did not work because of satellite. This was all night long. There was no compensation. It finally begin to work when it was check out time. Don’t stay here unless the weather is good. Otherwise it’s a beautiful place.
Stayed here twice in 2015, both extended stays, and I will consider staying again if my business takes me near here. From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me kindly and like family. In fact I was there so long, the staff knew what I ate for breakfast. The mornings where I decided to "mix" it up, they called me on it. I found that refreshing and truly great service. The room were nice, clean and well-kept. Everything was in working order. Convenient location with the Arundel Mill Mall right next door, and a supermarket down the street, thus you don't have to eat out all the time. Recommend this hotel if you're in the area. Give them a try.
We had a great stay here- beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious, the location is central to so many things and the breakfast spread is probably the best I’ve ever seen at a hotel before (maybe even my own home)! We have an infant and they even brought us a nice pack and play set up with clean sheets and a little blanket- anything we needed we were set up with instantly by the incredibly nice and professional staff. I’d definitely recommend staying here!
