DO NOT SHOP AT THIS HORRIBLE STORE! I recently went to this store to ONLY look and my family fell in love with a kitten. I started the process to adopt and the young woman who helped us was very nice but completely untrained. We were rushed through the adoption documents which led to a few questions being unanswered by mistake. I left the store to get cash (only cash accepted). When I returned I was met by the "manager" Russell. He rudely told me that do to some of my answers being blank I could not adopt. My 2 small children were devastated by this. I continued to apologize and try to explain but he would have none of it and was arrogant and rude. I finally found the real Manager named Lauren who was helpful and told me to contact The company "Last Chance" and speak with them because it's there rules. When I spoke to the rep at Last Chance she was mind boggled why they would do such a thing and called the store to tell them stop acting like fools and proceed with the adoption which they did.

Rude! We recently got flooded out of our house and our dog needs his nails clipped. The records are in storage from that and they told us we'd been to the Gambrills location and they couldn't help us. Literally, couldn't work with Gambrills to help a homeless family get their dog's nails taken care of. Horrific customer service. Then I called Petco at a location we'd never been to, it was on file, and no hassle whatsoever! Get with the program, Petsmart!
Got our dog groomed here for the second time today. Great place, really nice folks. They had at least a dozen cats foradoption while we're were there...hard walking awaywithout one.
Terrible customer service at the banfield center at this location. Will not return nor use membership. Cancelled immediately after leaving this location. Managers, vets, and other staff need to learn how to treat customers... maybe will get an average star rating above 3 stars. should tell you something about the store!
