Friendly and helpful staff. They all know my pets and treat them well. Very kind and caring and usually offer me good advice on services when their clinic does not support what is needed for pet's good health.
always a 15+ minute wait, then another wait for the vet to come in then another wait if the visit is anything more than a routine exam. Took dog in for a skin problem and was told that the test results would be immediate. Waited 30+ minutes and finally decided to just call later for results. Similar experience every time. Don't bother with this place
If I could give zero starts I would. This is the second time that Banfield has put my dog's health at risk. The first time he was a very small puppy and they proceeded with surgical procedures that we specifically said that we did not want done. This made his recovery time more difficult and could have presented complications during the procedure. What made it worse is that the vet tech confirmed prior to accepting my dog that we did not want the specific procedure done. Unfortunately we thought this was a one-off occurrence, he recovered just fine and bought into their story that it was a mistake and they had take corrective procedures. Recently, the facility has decided to put my dog's overall health at risk by incorrect information that was manually entered into one of their databases by one of their employees. Their only response is that their system is showing the data they have (that they incorrectly entered). These are the 2 biggest issues we've had. Doesn't take into account what seems like purposefully spreading out visits when they can be combined to charge additional office visits fees. They also don't seem to value your time as a customer. Every time I have been there at least 10 minutes early for my appointment but am always seen 20-30 and one time even 50 minutes after my appointment time. I don't count them putting me in one of their rooms, it's when the vet tech or someone starts the examination. My dog is already stressed out enough at the vet but making them wait for unreasonable amounts of time seems cruel and rude. It seems as if Banfield is more interested in making money than providing quality preventative care.
We took our 4 month old puppy in. They gave her Anesthesia and pain medication without drawing blood first. If they had they wouldve found out her platelet count was low and the medication they prescribed was going to do more harm than good. They sent her home and said give her the medication for 7 days. She is now in emergency care and its not looking good. BE WARE, THESE HACKS WILL MIS-DIAGNOSE YOUR PETS AND DESTROY YOUR LIFE! They should have all of thier liscences revoked! Do not take your pets here.
This Banfield is wonderful! They have always been helpful, caring, and willing to go above and beyond for me and my pets! Very military family friendly.
