The hostess was very polite was seated with in 5 minutes at 5:50 waiter took 20 minutes to take our drink order then the people behind us were seated after us got but got served first received their food ate it and left and our order had not yet been taken and at 7 our order still wasn’t taken so we left
The place is nice but thats it. Haven't been to this place in years because the food was bland and tasteless. Well folks things haven't changed one bit. Food is horrible, tasteless and bland.
This place is been a total disappointment last few times I have been there. I have to ask for my appetizer every time because they don’t bring it out before the meal. Today I asked for a well-done hamburger and it was brought back to me so pink that it was inedible. Waitress did not come to check on us or ask how the food was once. Sat with an empty drink the whole time and had to waive the waitress down to get her attention to come bring us the check. This was lunchtime and it was pretty dead so I’m not sure why there was such a struggle to get good service.
The menu is great! My problem is with the service! Came on a night the dishwasher was down. Was told at the door before we were seated about 40 min wait on food. No problem, I thought! I was so WRONG! Our waitress had a big party, still no worries. Drinks alone took 30 mins! 1 from the bar & 3 regular teas! Insane! We finally asked for the bill, 20 mins later after we received incorrect drinks! Got bill but waitress informs us food order is in. We watched her put food order in AFTER we told her we wanted bill! Just horrible all the way around!
Walked in the door it was busy in the bar area but dining was pretty empty. Stood for about 10 minutes 3 wait staff walked by no acknowledgment of us the straw that broke the camel's back one chick waited on a table playing with her braids walked past us sat down in a dining area where other staff was sitting joking no one ever came to seat us. I tip very well and know that's how you survive as a server but I thank them for never acknowledging us because I never want to support an establishment that doesn't understand how they stay in business. I will NEVER visit again
