Our unit got broken into at the end of May 2017 then two weeks after the break in they sent us a notice that our rates were going up. We have only had the unit since Feb 2017, I understand that rates tend to go up over time. HOWEVER with the money we were already paying they weren't able to keep our belongings safe with their "top-of-the-line" security. I refuse to pay them more money after the incident OR they could have granted us a few months before upping the price. They showed NO remorse about the incident when we called about our price going up after the break in. Normally, unit prices raise gradually they however did not do that in our situation and bumped the price up 25% of what we were already paying. Very disappointed would not recommend this place especially with the terrible security.

I would recommend Extra Storage Space to everyone. Great staff and very clean facility! Also after shopping around they had amazing prices and offered so much more such as indoor climate controlled units and better security than other place I looked at in the area.
Great space. People are very helpful and polite. If there was ever a problem they took care of it for us and notified us.Overall great experience and would recommend to anyone who is looking for affordable storage units.
