I had a wonderful experience at this Best Buy. I was shopping for a TV and the gentlemen in the TV and high quality sound department helped me make a great decision. They weren't pushy and informed me about what options fit my budget and goals. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the sales staff and buying process.
Prior to a trip to Japan I was looking online to find a Sim card that would work. I was not able to find a definite answer so I went Best Buy to see if they knew. From 4 different employees I received the same answer, "maybe". Upon return I went to tell them that I found one so they could better help others. The one young lady working the cell phone counter seemed genuinely gracious, while 4 others were not only dismissive, but borderline rude for interrupting what appeared to be no more than a social gathering. If you need help and a product, go somewhere else. If you have all the information you need on a product then it may be ok to go there but don't expect any of the cell phone staff to be bothered with answering a question.
Damaged Products. I ordered from best buy offline and the product was damaged, then I returned it to this store for an exchange and they brought back a box that was less damaged and what I was ok with. However I got home and the box was opened. This is a collectors edition item and the box was damaged and opened. I am returning it tomorrow and taking my business to Gamestop.
I couldn't really find anyone to help me. But when I went to checkout the line moved very quickly and the cashier was very nice. The place wasn't very clean but I did go on black Friday during the day so I'm not too pressed about that.
