Great sunglass collection, not much clearance inventory: mainly main for outlet. Like ALL OFA stores, there are no mirrors anywhere to be found.
Absolutely HORRIBLE refund process. I have been waiting for 23 days for a cc refund and I still do not have it. Every time I call they tell me 3-5 business days. I will NEVER buy anything from Saks again.
Very difficult to get any assistance, especially to get into the dressing room.
I bought a dress and lost the receipt. They wouldn't let me exchange it and the woman was very rude to me. Never shopping here again.
Aweful service. Waited by the waiting room for 15 minutes for someone to come around to let me in. No one showed up. I Told the cashier at checkout she didn’t even acknowledge it. I told the manager on the way out. She Didn’t seem to care. Said sorry about that and turned around and went back to punching something into her cash register. Not worth the drive. I’ll Find a Nordstrom rack next time. Much better customer service.
