The worst company you can work for in the health care field. They make you work like a slave especially if you are doing j1 waiver. They will make you work extra shifts if they do not have any one else to work ignoring family life and personal life. You will sometimes be expected to round on 26 patients a day with 3 to 4 admissions and coverage for floor patients by your self on a 12 hr shift. Physician satisfaction is absolutely zero. Patient care is down the drain it's all about getting paid and collecting rvu. It's better to not have a job then work for adfinitas . Poor management with bunch of selfish people running after money. Save yourself and find another place to work at .
