Came back since making the first review months ago. Tried this place again yesterday and I must say, night and day difference. Server was awesome, he repeated order to make sure he got what we asked for and was super attentive and we never waited for anything. Awesome service for awesome food. I think they have been cleaning house and managing talent a little better.
Waited for an hour for our food. Asked multiple times if our food was still coming out and only got snippy remarks back. After an hour I asked for the check for just my drink as we had a movie to go to. I paid for my drink and left. I do not recommend this BW3 location at all.

Thought it be a nice dine in, the staff looked at my table over 10 times. Sat at the table with my children over 30 mins before asked what we like to drink. Was not that crowded so i dont know why they pass the table. It was each waiter and waitress so it has to be someones table. If you have 2 hours to spare to sit hungry then this might be good for you. When asked where my server was the guy went over to the computer and there was two waitress hanging out standing with phones. Maybe they should have the manager work because this place seems to not want to do their jobs.
Horrible horrible horrible. Me and my family absolutely love Buffalo Wild Wings. We moved here from Florida recently and found that this one has not only horrible service but horrible cooks who cook the food and the worst managers around.
Maybe it's he southern hospitality I'm used to but every single time they get more than half the order messed up then they get an attitude with me like it's my fault the order is wrong. Then they go to blame the cooks but yet don't try and fix the mistakes.
I was in from out of town on black Friday and went to the buffalo wild wings in the arundel mills mall for lunch around 1 ish. To say it was busy is an understatement, that being said we had an awesome server. Her name was Shannon and she was extremely professional and friendly and never got flustered . Great personality cut up with my husband and I And that is a great character trait in my eyes for serving in making the customer feel welcome and important. Made Sure our drinks were filled at all time and even though it was busy with her great attitude it went by quickly. Being in management and serving as well I can say she went above and aboard on one of the busiest days of the years. So when back in town we will come back and request her as well. Met my significant other at this location. We sat down and we had three different types of wings for her and four different types of spicy to super hot for me. We were given a table that was fairly secluded for a busy restaurant and our server was great.
Kids food always comes last which I hate. Bring theirs first. Then on top of it all the same manager comes out to say he is sorry and he will comp us. He needs to clean house and hire people who want to be there cause it's costing him regulars.
