I NEVER leave reviews but this place was so bad I just have to. absolutely awful. The girl who started my nails got up and went and sat on her phone after stopping my service several times to text. the girl who took over didn't even paint my full nail. And then the polish immediately got messed up on half my nails when i got home after they said it was dry. 22$ for such ignorant, unprofessional, awful service. will NEVER go back. they weren't even busy! they were watching tv! literally stopped my service to watch tv. never had a worse experience in my life. Zero stars.
I have been coming to Le for about 11 years. Le is an awesome nail tech and her customer service skills are impeccable. I love you Le and keep up the great work!!!!
The owners really need to step up their customer service skills and treat their employees with more respect. If I could post another rating I would give it a 1.
I give it 5 stars because of Le; however, on July 22, 2017, I arrive at the nail place to find beer bottles and trash out where customers can see. I think it is very unprofessional that you party and get drunk at your place of business. To add to my frustration the owners did not have the air conditioner on and it was 80 degrees inside the shop. Mind you I asked Le to turn on the air and she wouldn't for fear she would be reprimanded. It was hotter inside the shop than it was outside.
I came here today, even after reading all the bad reviews. I got a full set with gel polish. Tommy took care of me immediately, even though it appeared to be busy. He was super friendly and did my nails with care and precision. He made sure I liked the length amd shape, before polishing them off. I got #65 & #87 polish and they had a huge selection. They are on the pricier side of the places I've been too. However this is Hanover, and Arundel Mills tends to be pricier. So it was expected. There weren't any surprise costs, and I got exactly what I wanted. I will be back to see Tommy!
I'm not sure what's going on with all the bad reviews really unless someone was just having an off day, but I've always had excellent service here. I see Rose every time and, since she's been doing my nails, I haven't gone anywhere else. She's amazing and just an all around sweet person. The staff there has always been friendly and decently attentive.
I went in the nail salon at 7:50pm and got out at 8:27pm. Although it took a little over 30 minutes to do my nails and eyebrows, Le did an excellent job. My nails are filed and colored just the way I like it. I will definitely be a returning customer
