Now I only have two issues and I hate posting negative comments but, I have issues with restaurants that do not cook burgers to order. I hate to say this, but DO NOT get the burgers. They do not use quality beef, and the patty has zero flavor because it's cheap beef. Personally as someone who travels to restaurants across the state for just burgers, they are not worth it.
Food wasn't as good as it normally is. I ordered the bar burger with wings n fries. The fries & wings were awesome but the burger was so good. My wife order the pulled pork sandwich meal with French fries Fries were definitely sitting there way to long they were not like mine were crispy. We didn't complain the young man waiting on us it was his first night so we just eat it and enjoyed our date night.
Enjoyed the food and waiting service. Seemed like there was an issue with staff in the back, so things were a bit slow. Besides that our waiter Cigo was very on point, down to earth, and extremely helpful. Gaming side was amazing. Just wish they had more classics to win tickets on. And they definitely need some pinball machines. Bring back that old school arcade feel!
Let me first start by saying that I came here with a party of 10.5 (.5 is a child) people, on a Sunday and around mid afternoon. There were at least a half dozen other parties there, that were 6 people or more. The waiter, unfortunately I forgot his name, was amazing and did his best to handle a table of 10 people.
We went for a birthday celebration and enjoyed the bowling and pool tables along with the games that were in the gaming center. The food was amazingly fresh as always however the service was really slow in the beginning for the bowling section. It is best to go early as the parking lot for the mall can get a tad crowded at times. We had a party that included about 20 people and there was something for everyone to enjoy it was a really great experience. There is an abundance of pool tables available there, more than the other locations that are local and the games surprisingly all worked and we're really fun. Please keep in mind that if you want to do bowling and play pool at the same time you will need to have a separate ID to reserve both play areas. When you are off to play pool they will take your driver's license as collateral and the same with the bowling section. I definitely will bring my family back again to play here.
Now outside of these two issues I would say our party had a splendid time and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The waiter was great, very hospitable, answered all of our questions. Drinks were on point and the arcade kicked ass.
Our server, Madison, was the worst. Charmingly incompetent I will say as her demeanor was delightful but her service was disgraceful. Things started out ok with a quick order and food arrived fast (with human hair in both of the over-salted dishes). Then 40 minutes later still no server? We actually had to hunt her down to ask for the check, and when she finally gave it to us she disappeared once again, we waited another 15 minutes before hunting her down again, literally going into the employees only kitchen area to find her and give her the credit card so we could leave. She was just back there chat'n it up with co-workers.
A friend of mine got the Short Rib & Cheesy Mac Stack. It looks so darn delicious and she offered me a bite to try. The beef smelled soured/expired, so proceed with caution on this entrée.
