The service I receive here is amazing and perfect. The staff are all nice and friendly. Been using this bank for 4 years now. I will gladly wait in line. :)
Long lines all the time. 5 counters and three reps work on most of the time. Unfortunately everyone has to wait, that's the best response I've received. Unfortunately, someone is doing a smart job and in turn clients have to suffer and stand in lines for 20min. Understaffed!

Wonderful staff. People 1 starring and complaining about the drive thru not open need to learn to walk cuz yet lazy. Big deal. And long lines.... it happens. I've been to plenty of places with lines but im an adult and wait in them.
I'm here on a Friday at 2 pm and the drive thru isn't open? All Bank of Americas are the same. Slow. I'm cancelling this account asap.
This is a great Bank of America branch. The service is excellent both quick and efficient. The staff that work there are very nice and always friendly. The Manager of the bank Carol is very accommodating and more helpful than any Bank of America manager that I have dealt with before.
